It allows you to generate custom Internet Explorer toolbars for your website

I've had a copy of this software for some time now and have tried on several occasions to create different toolbars.

There is no support for this program, There is very poor instructions and when I try to create the exe file, I get a message that the file does not exist.

www.viraltoolbarbuilder.com is just a salesletter with no contact information anywhere.
